Indoor Living Area:
As you step inside you will be greeted with a spacious open floor plan of the kitchen, living and dining area where you can enjoy the stunning view of the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook during your stay. The dining table seats 6 with additional seating at the breakfast bar, or sit right outside on the deck and enjoy your meals while taking in the view! The main living room offers comfort and coastal living at its finest Open the large French doors to let the coastal breeze in or step right out to the full-length screened in deck overlooking the Gulf, to watch the sunset, enjoy a meal or to just soak up the breathtaking view.
A secondary living area offers additional space to relax and unwind. Enjoy the office with a desk, computer monitor and printer if you need to do some work while on your getaway or use the futon for additional sleeping. For you exercise lovers, there is a Peloton for you to use.

Bedrooms:
The Primary suite has a king bed and private bath offering a soaking tub, walk in shower, double sinks and a walk in closet. French doors open out to the patio where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee.
Bedroom 2 has one queen bed and views of the Gulf to enjoy.
Bedroom 3 has one queen bed.
Office has a queen futon for additional sleeping.

Outdoor Oasis:
The Ozello Oasis is located in a quiet neighborhood with very few houses. If you are looking to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet, this is the place. Public dock is located 0.7 miles away, and you can tie your boat up at our dock for your stay. Two fishing kayaks are available, as well as noodles for cooling off while swimming and relaxing in the bay.
Watch the sunrise from a “no see-um” screened deck and relax on the ground floor while the kids play in the water.
Experience outdoor living on the upper screened deck which offers plenty of seating, a BBQ for grilling, dining table and telescopes to watch the dolphins, manatees, birds and other wildlife.
The downstairs patio is another fun area to hang out with lounge chairs and offers a half bathroom.
Enjoy the private dock that is right in the backyard! Bring your boats to launch and be in the Gulf in just minutes! You can see dolphins and manatees, catch some snook and go scalloping!

Other things to note: Stairs are required to walk up to enter the house.

Local Attractions: Walk to Peck’s Old Port Cove (less than 5 mins) for lunch and dinner and to watch the sunset.
2 additional restaurants are 3 miles away, Backwater Fins and Island Outpost.
Public boat ramp is located 0.7 miles away for easy access.
Ozello Keys Marina is minutes away and offers airboat rides, fishing charters, bait & tackle , public boat ramp and more!
Sandy Hook is our local sandy beach accessible only by boat and is 2 miles from the house.
The home is located in the serene Ozello Keys which is 15 minutes from downtown Crystal River.

  This was a much needed getaway. This private paradise we have all to ourselves. You could hear a pin drop when you’re outside. You could see for miles the gorgeous beauty. The water, the fishing, the fun kayak rides, the restaurant less than two minutes away, so you don’t even have to cook, (very friendly environment at that restaurant as well). The gorgeous sunrises. The extremely clean, clutter-free home. This is for sure a dream location! This is better than a home away from home.. this is a vacation, relaxing, dream of retirement, location and property! My family of five had THE best time here. I can’t say enough about the peaceful quietness and the cleanliness. To get to the house from the garage, you have to take the outside stairs to the front door or the back door. There is an elevator lift if you have someone in a wheelchair that needs access to the house. If you love nature, you will absolutely love this property. We kayaked for hours and fished off the dock. I would suggest being inside the house, or inside the “screened in” porch when the sun goes down. The little bugs come out at night, and you are safe from bites inside the screened area. Absolutely amazing views and friendly town. Bring your board games and fishing poles, there’s a bait shop a few minutes down the road. This is a dream! Put your feet up and enjoy!
